MAİLBOX.COM.TR CANCELLATION RETURN POLICY

1) This document is prepared by Mailbox İnternet Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti (hereinafter referred to as MailBox), includes the cancellation and return conditions for the sales made through the www.mailbox.com.tr domain name it owns.
2) Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No.6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3) Products purchased on mailbox.com.tr may or may not be canceled and returned within the periods specified in this policy, depending on their types. Cancellation and refund conditions are stated in the following articles.
4) For this Return Policy, the contract date means the date of purchase of a product or service processed by Mailbox in accordance with the applicable product or service agreement.
5) Cancellations and refunds are only for new purchases, no cancellations or refunds are made for renewals and upgrades.
6) The time periods in which the products can be canceled according to the purchase times are as follows:

Annual Purchases (Contracts for one year or more):
Within 15 days from the contract date
Monthly Purchases (All purchases less than a year)
Within 72 hours from the date of contract for servers
For other returnable items, within 48 hours of the contract date
7) Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer cannot be canceled and the customer cannot request a refund in such contracts. The products in this scope are as follows:

Domain names (registration and renewal)
All third party licenses
SSL and security products
Server products (subject to special return conditions)
8) For products and services for which a refund is requested within the scope of the refund, the price of the services and products provided as gifts to the customers within the scope of the campaign and performed immediately are not refunded. The price of the gift products will be refunded by deducting the total product return price.
9) Customers can receive their refunds to their credit cards or their specified bank account numbers.
