Be wary of SEOs that guarantee rankings, claim that they have a "special relationship" with Google, or promote the "send priority" service to Google. There is no priority submission for Google. In fact, the only way to submit a site directly to Google was to use the Add URL page (http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl). However, it has removed the link related to the launching of google webmaster tools. What you need to do for this is stated below.

If you recently added to a page on your site or made changes to an existing page, you can request that the page be indexed (re) using any of the methods listed here.

Screening can take from a few days to several weeks. Be patient and use the Index Status report or the URL Review tool to find out what stage the crawl is at.
The response time is the same for all methods described here.
Quota is applied for individual submitted URLs.
Submitting the recrawl request multiple times for the same URL or sitemap does not speed up crawling.

Using the URL Inspection tool

Use the URL Inspection tool to submit individual URLs to the Google index. Note that if you have lots of URLs, you should submit a sitemap instead.

To submit a URL to be indexed:

Review the URL using the URL Inspection tool.
Select Require to be indexed. The tool runs a live test to see if there are any obvious problems with indexing, and if not, it queues the page for indexing. If the tool finds problems with the page, you should try to fix them.

Use the Ping tool. Submit a GET request to this address by specifying the full URL of your sitemap in your browser or command line. Make sure the sitemap file is accessible:
