You can make a backup of your current database via phpmyadmin by following the steps below.

You can provide automatic login by clicking the phpmyadmin link from the database section in your hosting management panel.

- Login to the Export header. - Use the Go button only with the option Show minimal options selected.

- Select the location on your computer where you will save the file and click the save button.

* The data size that you can backup or import on phpMyAdmin is 8 Mb. For higher size databases, you should choose a 3rd party software.
